One of the few down falls of the Volks body is the fact that very few heads other
than the Volks head are a direct fit on this body. I'm going to show you how to change the next post so you
will be able to use a Hot Toys True Type neck post on this body.

Here are the tools and supplies you'll need |
Here is a picture of most of the tools and supplies you'll need to adapt the HT neck
post to the Volks body. A set of small screw drivers, Glue, what ever type you normally use for mods and repairs, a sanding
board, an Exacto saw or dremel, The Volks body and an HT neckpost of course. Your also going to need a set of Hobby Base big
size ball sockets,
and one thing I for got to put in the picture, a piece of 3/16th O.D. styrene round tube.
The first thing your going to do is take
the body apart. This is as simple as removing the two screws in the back with a small cross tip screw driver
Now put aside your old Volks neck post. You won't be needing it anymore for this project.
You will notice there is a small slot in the torso with a hole under it. This is where the lower
neck post ball mounts to the body. Your going to take one of the big ball bar bells and with either your saw or dremel cut
one ball off.
Next with your sanding file you'll need to slim down the shaft of the barbell to it fits snug
inside your 3/16th styrene tube.
Now again with your saw cut off a piece of tube the same size as the slot in the torso. Glue
that piece of tube to the end of your barbell shaft.
Once this has dried it will become your new neck post mount.

Here is the finished product |
Once you have the new neck post mount in place, put your body back together with the
screws and add your HT neck post. Now any HT TT head will work with your Volks Neo Guy Body.
